Who will I be talking to?
A pharmacist whose licence we have verified against the register. You book a time and we assign an available one shortly before it starts — you never have to choose from a list of strangers, and if the assigned pharmacist becomes unavailable, another takes it over without your booking changing.
What does a consultation cost?
₦5,000 for the session. If you cancel more than an hour before it starts, the full amount comes back as credit you can spend on another consultation or on medication. Inside that hour it settles as though it happened, because the pharmacist held that time for you.
What if no pharmacist is available?
Then nothing is charged. If we cannot cover your slot, we tell you and the full fee returns as credit immediately — you are never left paying for a consultation that did not happen.
What happens to my money if my order never arrives?
It never left our care. Payment for an order is held until you confirm it arrived, and if you report that it did not, the clock stops and a person reviews it. Approved refunds come back as credit you can spend or withdraw to your bank account.
Is my consultation private?
Yes. Messages are encrypted and scoped to that consultation — visible to you and the pharmacist you spoke with, and nobody else.
Can a pharmacist prescribe medication?
No. Pharmacists advise on medication — how to take it, what it interacts with, what to watch for, and whether you should see a doctor. Prescription medication still needs a valid prescription, which you can upload for review.
Do you cover my HMO?
Not yet. HMO plans, benefits, providers and claims are being built now. Consultations, ordering and prescriptions all work today.
